Whether you are coming in person for 1:1 Personal Training at Moxie Boutique Fitness Studio, or you are doing 1:1 Accountability Coaching / 1:1 Coaching Intensive online, you are a part of something exceptional: the Moxie Family - a community of members that share a mindset, value, and belief system that encourages them to grow.


1:1 Coaching is available in a limited capacity and our membership is application-based to ensure our community is moving in the right direction. To that end, I always like to have a short conversation (phone call) with prospective clients prior to scheduling your first session to find out a little bit more about you and what you're looking for... and to set the expectation, tell you about your membership options, and answer any questions you may have. Learning more about your values, priorities, habits, and goals helps us determine if Moxie Coaching is a good fit for your individual needs.
