SUBMIT ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

 

Click HERE to complete and submit your online registration form. (Registration dates: Aug 15 - Sept 5)

Once you have submitted your form, you will be prompted to submit your $50 payment via venmo. 

​

Registratiion is not complete until payment is received in full.

SUBMIT PAYMENT VIA VENMO

​

Send your $50 registration fee via venmo to @tracey-mahaney with the words "Fall Reset" in the desription.

​

Proceed to Step 3.

GO TO MOXIE MEMBERS ONLY SITE

​

A FREE subscription to Moxie Members Only** is Included for the duration of the Reset (Mon Sept 8 - Sun Nov 2).

​

Click the box at the top of the page that says 'MEMBER LOGIN.'

​

IMPORTANT: Moxie Members Only is where you will go to access the Moxie Fall Reset Program.

CREATE LOGIN

​

Once you are at Moxie Members Only, where it says "New to this site?" click "Sign up". (You must sign up before attempting to login)

 

You'll be prompted to create a login (email + password).

CHECK YOUR EMAIL 

​

Within 24 hours, you will receive an email (no sooner than Fri Sept 5) with the subject, "Moxie Members has approved your membership request."

​

Proceed to Step 6.

REQUEST TO JOIN MOXIE FALL RESET  ONLINE PROGRAM

Go to the  Moxie Fall Reset Program and scroll all the way down. Then click the box that says 'Request to Join'. 

​

Your request will be approved within 24 hours (no sooner than Fri Sept 5)

DAILY REMINDERS (VIA EMAIL)​

​

You will receive daily reminders (via email) beginning Mon Sept 8 (T-Minus 7 Days!) to complete steps.

​

Any time you want to access the Program, go to  Moxie Fall Reset Program and scroll all the way down. Then click the box that says 'View Details."

COMMUNITY 

 

I encourage you to join the private Moxie Fall Reset Facebook Group, a private group dedicated to creating an inclusive community for all registered participants. We use the page to share information, for participants to interact, ask and answer questions, provide feedback, and to encourage and support one another. (This step is optional but strongly recommended).
