The MM3 Total Transformation: 90-Day Intensive is a life-changing, one-on-one coaching experience (via Zoom) that has been years in the making. 90-Day Total Transformation is quite a mouthful, so we call it MM3 for short. MM3 stands for: Moxie Metamorphosis | Mind, Body, Spirit. (Please note: This is private 1-on-1 Transformational [Habit Change] Coaching. And while we encourage you to exercise regularly, our fitness programs are sold separately).

Over the next 12 weeks I will help you…

  • Understand how habits work and teach you strategies you can use to build positive habits and eliminate negative ones.

  • Gain clarity on the type of person you want to grow to become and build a strong internal narrative with behavior priming mantras that will support you in your journey.

  • Successfully introduce several key positive habits and practices to benefit different areas of your life and reinforce them to the point where they are “automatic”, eliminating the need for constant willpower and motivation.

  • Easily track your progress and record your small wins daily and weekly, helping you stay accountable and focused, and in this way, build positive momentum and motivation to keep improving.


Programs that get the best results in the shortest amount of time include three things. I like to call these the three legs of a stool. You take out any one of them and the stool falls. Those three legs are:

  1. The Right System

  2. The Right Support

  3. The Right Accountability


I will be here to cheer you on and support you in the Action Steps we choose together, but also to stretch you and give you a loving kick in the ass when you are falling off track. The most important piece though is the Right System. This means the right steps in the right order:

Step 1: Setting up the conditions for inevitable success.

Step 2: What to eat for your unique body type.

Step 3: How to turn these healthy habits into behaviors that last!


My job as your coach in this partnership is to:

  • Support and cheer you on, stretch you out of your comfort zone, and challenge you to get curious and question how you are currently approaching your nutrition, health, etc.

  • Help you unlock your potential so that you are empowered to create absolutely anything you desire in this life.

  • Inspire you to step into full alignment with who you want to be.

  • Help you to make choices that are in alignment with what’s most important to you


Tackling all the above is a lot on our own and often overwhelming to the point that it is easier to stay where we are. Coaching is a process that is facilitated in a specific way so you can be different, without having to think about being different. The first step is raising awareness about what we really desire for ourselves and our lives.


I will ask you questions to help bring awareness to areas that may be sabotaging your success that you aren’t even aware of, as well as making sure your mindset and beliefs are in alignment with what you want to create in your external world. We will take small steps that will build momentum so you can be different without having to think about being different.


Sometimes we want big results fast, and we imagine that means pushing ourselves as far and fast as we can go. But we often set ourselves up for failure that way. It turns out the opposite is often more effective. Slow and steady, consistent follow-through is what gets results. Small hinges swing big doors. Which means breaking down big goals into small, actionable steps, so that a big project or goal becomes a workable plan of action.


Most importantly, I will hold a powerful vision for you, no matter what state you show up in during our sessions, so that I can meet you where you are, but always help you take a step forward toward your desires. I am here to help you step forward and say YES to yourself and your dreams in a way you haven’t yet before so that you not only reach them but understand how to sustain them while feeling into that next level of your evolution.

    • A structured, yet flexible and simple meal plan. How much you should eat depends on many factors, including your goals, gender, body type, and activity level. You’ll be able to start planning your meals around a basic template . Your template will tell you how much to eat from each food group (i.e. proteins, smart carbs, vegetables, healthy fats) and you'll simply refer to your Moxie Food Guide and plug in the foods you want to eat with each meal.

  • 12 Weekly, Private, One-On-One Coaching Sessions with Tracey (via Zoom)

    • In these coaching calls, I’ll share curated information and customized coaching exercises that are GUARANTEED to accelerate your results and help you achieve major breakthroughs so you can see transformation in your body—and your life—FAST.
