At Moxie we utilize Hybrid Fitness Training Systems  - built on a foundation of principles that allows any client to achieve optimal levels of physiologic, physical, and performance adaptations. FOCUSED ATTENTION

With a client-to-coach ratio of 5-7:1, our Semi-Private Small Group Training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer plus the community, camaraderie, support, accountability, and fun of sport or team training.

Every Semi-Private Small Group Class is coach led by Moxie owner, Tracey Mahaney.  Tracey is engaged throughout the entire class to monitor your form and ensure you're moving safely, while pushing yourself through the workout.

 

COMMUNITY & CAMARADERIE

We encourage you to join the private Moxie Membership Facebook Group, a page dedicated to creating an inclusive community for all active Moxie members. We use the page to share information, for our community to interact, ask and answer questions, provide feedback, and to encourage and support one another.

  • Moxie30 designed to introduce clients to a variety of the services that Moxie has to offer.This will help lay the foundation for a successful 30-day experience...and beyond!

  • Moxie Fundamentals - Broken down into 3 classes that will walk you through a detailed instruction and execution of common movements you'll find in the Moxie Workout of the Day (1-on-1 also available for additional fee).
