PAR-Q & Medical Clearance: Medical clearance is required of all participants who answer ‘yes’ to any of the PAR-Q questions. We reserve the right to require medical clearance from any client we feel may be at risk.

Zoom Policies:

  • Memberships are non-transferrable. Only paying clients will receive an invitation with the Zoom login for classes/sessions. If it is discovered that you have shared the login info with anyonewho is not a member (by allowing them to sign on as you) your membership will be canceled immediately (no refunds)

  • You must keep your video on for the duration of the workout, class and/or coaching session. During classes and sessions, this allows your coach to monitor your form and technique. It also helps identify any unknown person. Anyone with their video set to 'off' will be removed from that class or session. (I will remind everyone at the beginning of each class)

Attire: Proper workout attire and footwear (shorts, gym pants, T-shirt, supportive sneakers) are suggested for all workouts.

Late Policy: Clients are responsible for arriving on time for Zoom sessions. The coach is only obligated to wait 5 minutes.  After 5 minutes, if you do not show, the coach will cancel the session and it will be deducted from your monthly plan/package.

Appointment Change / Cancellation Policy: Clients should contact Moxie (via email or text) no less than 12 hours in advance to cancel or change a scheduled 1-on-1 appointment. Every client is allowed one "freebie." After that, sessions cancelled after the 12 hour window will be deducted from your monthly plan/package.

Monthly Plan Cancellation Policy:  If you purchased a membership/monthly plan, your plan renews on the monthly anniversary of your start date. If you wish to cancel your membership/monthly plan, you must unsubscribe before the monthly anniversary of your start date to avoid being charged. If proper notice is notice is not received, the contract will automatically renew for the full contracted amount.  No refunds. 

Package Expiration / Refund Policy: Clients must complete all 1-on-1 Individualized Personal Fitness Training Sessions before their monthly plan expires. If a client purchases a monthly plan, the client may not exceed the agreed-upon number of sessions in a single month and any unused sessions will not roll over into the following month(s).

All packages, monthly plans, and memberships are nonrefundable/non-transferable.
