POLICIES & PROCEDURES

PAR-Q & MEDICAL CLEARANCE - Medical clearance is required of all participants who answer ‘yes’ to any of the PAR-Q questions. We reserve the right to require medical clearance from any client we feel may be at risk.

ZOOM / LIVE STREAMING - You must keep your video on for the duration of the workout session. This allows your coach to monitor your form and technique and offer feedback. Anyone who refuses to turn on their video will be removed from class.

ATTIRE - Proper workout attire and footwear (shorts, gym pants, T-shirt, supportive sneakers) are suggested for all workouts.

LATE POLICY - Clients are responsible for arriving on time for zoom / in person classes / sessions. For claasses / 1-on-1 sessions, the coach is only obligated to wait 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, if you do not show, the coach will cancel the class / session and it will be deducted from your monthly plan / package. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for an in-person class you will have missed the warm up / instruction - It is unsafe to skip the warm up and it isn't fair to expect other members to wait while you catch up. Therefore, if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be admitted to class. 

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED - You may book a class online 45 days in advance and you have up to 3 hours before the start of class to book your spot. After the 3-hour window closes, if no spots have been reserved, that class will be canceled for that day. If you show up without a reservation you are taking a chance that a) the coach will not be there (if the class was canceled because no spots were reserved), or b) there will not be a spot available (if the class is fully booked).

WAITLIST - You may add yourself to the waitlist when a class is fully booked. If a client cancels, the spot will automatically be offered (via email) to the first person on the waitlist. That person has 2 hours to respond until the spot is offered to the second person in line, etc.

APPOINTMENT CHANGE / NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY - All class spots / appointments are scheduled in advance and adhere to our 12-hour cancellation policy. Every client is allowed one "emergency cancel / reschedule." After that, sessions / class spots cancelled within the 12 hour window will be deducted from your plan / package. Please be courteous of your fellow members. If you reserve a spot in class and do not show (or cancel in a timely manner), you may be taking a spot from someone who really wanted to be there!

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY - If you purchased a Monthly Membership, your plan renews every month on the anniversary of your start date. If you wish to cancel your Monthly Membership, you must do so before the one-month anniversary of your start date to avoid being charged. If proper notice is notice is not received, the contract will automatically renew for the full contracted amount.  No refunds. 

PACKAGE EXPIRATION / REFUND POLICY - Clients must complete all classes / sessions before their Monthly Plan expires at the end of the momth. If a client purchases a Semi-Private Membership, Personal Training Monthly Plan, or 90-Day Total Transformation, the client may not exceed the agreed-upon number of sessions in a one-month period and any unused classes / sessions will not roll over into the following month(s). All packages, plans, and memberships are nonrefundable / non-transferable.
