We start with YOU - your needs and goals. Then we develop a smart, strategic and targeted action plan that suits YOUR goals, fitness level, and ability to execute. Choose the training option that works best for you and how your live your life:

  1. In-Person 1-on-1 Personal Fitness Training - Sessions will take place at my In-Home Training Studio in Pennington, NJ, 08534.

  2. Virtual 1-on-1 Personal Fitness Training (live via Zoom) - Sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home - Minimal space and equipment are required. Details below.

What makes our programs different?

  • Designed to progress exercise participants safely and logically, providing a strong foundation (literally) before introducing strength or power moves. Too often, trainers and clients skip the stabilization phase, opting for more exciting and dynamic movements which typically results in frustration, burnout and/or injury.

  • Focus on the mind as much as the body.

  • Built on a foundation of principles that progressively and systematically allows any client to achieve optimal levels of physiologic, physical, and performance adaptations.

  • An integrated approach used to create safe programs that consider the functional capacity for each individual person.
  • Incorporates all forms of training in an integrated fashion as part of a progressive system. These forms of training include a mix of flexibility training, mindfulness practice, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), core training, balance training, plyometric training, and resistance training. 
  • Designed to correct muscle imbalances, increase flexibility, and improve core and joint stability to improve the ability of the human body to produce proper movement and avoid injury. ​

  • We’ll use the information that we gather from your Comprehensive Fitness Assessment to come up with a smart, strategic and targeted action plan that suits YOUR goals, fitness level, and ability to execute.

  • We'll break down your big, year-long goals into monthly goals, your monthly goals into weekly goals, and your weekly goals into daily actions.

OPTION 1: In-Person 1-on-1 Personal Fitness Training

  • An individualized program based on your specific goals, needs, and abilities

  • Each session is approximately 45-50 minutes and includes stretching/mobility, warm-up, full-body workout, and cool-down. 

  • Tracey's personal cell phone number for questions and support

  • Comprehensive Initial Fitness Assessment

    • General and Medical History

    • Occupation, Lifestyle, Medical, and Personal Information

    • Monthly cardiovascular assessments

    • Static and dynamic postural assessments

    • Monthly fitness/performance assessments

    • Bi-weekly progress assessments

  • Masks will be worn and equipment will be thoroughly sanitized before and after every session.

OPTION 2: Virtual 1-on-1 Personal Fitness Training (live via Zoom)

  • Workout in the comfort of your own home.

  • Minimal space and equipment are required (see below).

  • Serving a​​nyone, anywhere!

  • An individualized, progressive, systematic program based on your specific goals, needs, and abilities.

  • Each live, interactive session is approximately 45-50 minutes and includes stretching/mobility, warm-up, full-body workout, and cool-down.

  • Zoom Sessions start at $39/session. See plan options

What you'll need for Zoom Training Sessions...

If you choose Virtual 1-on-1 Personal Fitness Training (live via Zoom) here is a list of the minimum suggested equipment (click on the links to find out where I purchased my equipment):

  • Three pairs of dumbbells - one "light" pair, one "medium" pair, one "heavy" pair

  • 55cm Stability ball

  • A chair, box, bench, or something (16-20" high) to step up onto

  • Adjustable Platform Bench (Optional but recommended)

  • Situp Pad / Core Trainer
