ONLINE 1-on-1 Individualized Fitness Coaching Programs

  • Customized Plan - An individualized, progressive, systematic program based on your specific goals, needs, and abilities. We'll deliver the same individualized program via Google Classroom that you would recieve with In-Person / Virtual (Zoom) Training, only you'll be able to do the workouts at your convenience without being locked into someone else's schedule.

  • Exclusive Access - Once you sign up you will be invited to join Moxie Fitness & Nutrition Coaching in Google Classroom where you will find your individualized program PLUS access to an extensive Movement Video Library.

    • Your Workout of the Day will be posted at 8pm the night before and will include:

      • General/Specific Warm up

      • Strength & Conditioning Workout

    • Your Workout of the Day may also include one of the following optional workouts, depending on your specific goals:

      • Power Workout 

      • Cardio Endurance Workout 

      • Accessory Workouts 

  • Feedback from Tracey in response to your proactive updates - required of each coaching client at least 2x/week to say on track.

  • Unlimited contact with Tracey (via email) for questions and support (24-hour turnaround).

  • Weekly Accountability Check-ins (via email) - Tracey will monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your customized program.

  • Convenience - Workout wherever you want, whenever you want.
