WHAT IT IS

The Moxie Nutrition Challenge is a 4-Week (virtual and in-person) Nutrition Challenge designed to help you build consistent fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle habits, stay motivated, and connect with the Moxie Community. Most clients need strategies that are realistic, simple, and fit with their everyday lives as “imperfect” human beings. The Moxie Nutrition Challenge focuses on simple habits to build the essential skills that everyone needs to sustain good health, a lean and strong body, and athletic performance for life.

WHO IT’S FOR

Whether you are looking to kickstart (or RE-start) your fitness journey or continuing on a solid path, this is your opportunity to nail down the basics and take control of your health, fitness, and well-being. I will teach you how to properly build a balanced meal and learn ways to customize your nutrition based on your goals / lifestyle.

  • Look at several of the most common limiting factors that most clients struggle with when it comes to fitness, health, and nutrition, and learn how you can start working through them.

WHAT IT IS NOT

This is not one of those over-the-top fitness / nutrition challenges or super-strict elimination diets. Sometimes we want big results fast, and we imagine that means pushing ourselves as far and fast as we can go. But we often set ourselves up for failure that way. 

 

It turns out the opposite is often more effective. Slow and steady, consistent follow-through is what gets results. Consistency is perhaps the most important factor in success. “Small hinges swing big doors”. Which means breaking down big goals into small, actionable steps - daily and weekly habits - so that a big goal becomes a workable plan of action. During the Challenge I will help you easily track your progress and record your small wins daily and weekly, helping you stay accountable and focused, and in this way, build positive momentum and motivation to keep improving.

 

HOW IT WORKS

Your goal will be to follow along with Daily and Weekly Habits and Tasks. These habits and tasks build the essential skills that all clients need to sustain good health, a lean and strong body, and athletic performance for life. During the Challenge, you will learn the basics of macronutrients and portion sizing. I will help you focus on building your meal around proteins, vegetables, smart carbs, and healthy fats. But a healthy, fit body isn’t just about food and exercise (though that’s important). It's also about how you think and feel, and what’s important to you. So I will also help you build habits that will ensure proper functioning of the body and foster a positive mindset.

DAILY & WEEKLY HABITS 

I will provide you with resources for all of the habits (including downloadable handouts) throughout the Challenge. A Welcome Packet will be provided one week out from the start of the Challenge (June 7) where all details and tasks will be explained further.

TEMPLATE

There are multiple ways to help you track your intake and consistently eat right for your goals and needs. You don’t need to count calories or macros to get the right portions for your goals. The Moxie Custom Nutrition Template & Eating Guide helps you meet your protein, vegetable, carb, fat, and calorie needs without having to count a gram or weigh a food. This will dramatically simplify the eating and tracking process, and it’s nearly as accurate as the calorie and macro approaches. Some people even like to start with the calories and macros, and then switch to the Moxie Custom Nutrition Template as they feel more comfortable.

To give each client the personal care and  attention they deserve, I only open the Moxie Nutrition Challenge to a select number of clients. Spots are limited and will book up quickly! Registration will end on the dates specified below OR once all spots have been filled - whichever comes first.*
