A healthy, fit body isn’t just about food and exercise (though that’s important). It's also about how you think and feel, and what’s important to you. So, I will also help you build habits that will ensure proper functioning of the body and foster a positive mindset.


Most clients need strategies that are realistic, simple, and fit with their everyday lives as “imperfect” human beings.

The Moxie28 focuses on simple habits to build the essential skills that everyone needs to sustain good health, a lean and strong body, and athletic performance for life.


Your goal will be to follow along with these Daily and Weekly Habits and Tasks. These habits and tasks build the essential skills that all clients need to take charge of their physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being, to become the best possible version of themselves.

The Daily Habits focus on

  • Healthy Fuel Habits (like protein, veggies, “smart carbs”, and healthy fats)

  • Water intake

  • Sleep Routine


The Weekly Tasks focus on

  • Workouts

  • Morning Routine

  • Eating Mindfully

  • Connection / Community



Over the next 28 days I will provide a system to help you easily track your progress and record your small wins daily and weekly, helping you stay accountable and focused, and in this way, build positive momentum and motivation to keep improving.


By tracking your habits and tasks every day / week, you will see how many days / weeks you’ve stayed on course with your new habits, which is a huge accomplishment in itself! You may choose to use the Daily Habit Checklist / Tracker provided, or use your preferred habit tracker journal, app, etc.


As the habits we set eventually become automatic and ingrained into our daily and weekly routines, we won’t need to rely on the constant willpower and choices about our behavior that solely focusing on achieving goals requires.


A powerful way to increase your belief in yourself is to keep a written record of your daily successes in what is called a “Victory Log.” Each evening you will review your day and record all the successes you have had that day using the "Daily Review" Google Form provided. A link to the online form will be posted in Google Classrom each night at 7pm. Through the form you will have the opportunity to accumulate points. Your total points will give you a snapshot of your compliance and consistency.


By recalling and then writing down your successes each evening, you log them into your long-term memory, which enhances your belief in your ability to achieve goals and create success. You will begin to see that you have the experience and the self-confidence to achieve any goal you want again and again. And whenever you need a boost of confidence, you can reread what you have written.

Sometimes we want big results fast, and we imagine that means pushing ourselves as far and fast as we can go. But we often set ourselves up for failure that way. It turns out the opposite is often more effective. Slow and steady, consistent follow-through is what gets results. Consistency is perhaps the most important factor in success. “Small hinges swing big doors”. Which means breaking down big goals into small, actionable steps - daily and weekly habits - so that a big goal becomes a workable plan of action.
