    • MM3 Fitness - MM3 Fitness is a 12-Week Hybrid Training System that includes three different phases of training designed to systematically progress all clients through the three main adaptations of stabilization, strength, and power. The MM3 Fitness Process focuses on the mind as much as the body and is built on a foundation of principles that safely and progressively allows any client to achieve optimal levels of mental, physical, performance, and physiologic adaptations. 

    • Mindfulness Workouts – With your MM3 you will gain exclusive access to full-length videos via email of Tracey performing the Workout of the Day. Each 45-minute video starts and ends with mindfulness meditation. In between is packed with a mix of flexibility training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), core training, balance training, plyometric training, and resistance training.

    • Daily Habits and Rituals - Learn and practice realistic and simple habits to build the essential skills that everyone needs to sustain good health, a lean, strong body, and athletic performance for life. We will consistently focus on doing one​ new habit every three weeks for three months. You will receive a reminder each day to do your habit.

    • Mindfulness Meditation Practice - Each week we will offer suggestions for incorporating aspects of both formal and informal mindfulness practice into your life. Formal practice refers to specific periods of time in whcih we purposefully stop other activity and engage in particular metods of cultivating mindfulness and concentration.

    • Meditative Journaling - Each day we will offer daily mindfulness practices paired with inspiration and writing prompts for three months' worth of self-discovery and enlightenment.

    • Educational Lessons - Every lesson will be in direct support of a daily practice or habit that you are working on. Tiny, bite-sized nuggets including nutritional guidance, strategies for mind renewal and behavior change, recipes, dos and don’ts, tips on eating clean on-the-go, meal prep, “cheating”, relapse prevention… and MORE!

  • MM3 Custom Meal Plan Template - A structured, yet flexible and simple meal plan. How much you should eat depends on many factors, including your goals, gender, body type, and activity level. You’ll be able to start planning your meals around a basic template customized just for you. Your MM3 Custom Meal Plan Template will tell you how much to eat from each food group (i.e. proteins, smart carbs, vegetables, healthy fats) and you'll simply refer to your food guide and choose the foods you want to eat with each meal. You will receive your MM3 Custom Meal Plan Template (via email) within 48 hours of submitting your payment.

  • MM3 Food Guide -  When following this plan, you will be encouraged to base your diet on real, fresh, natural, nutrient-dense foods. The MM3 Food Guide will give you dozens of options to choose from for each food group (and which foods to avoid) to help you look, feel and perform at your best. Simply refer to the Moxie Food Guide and "plug in" the foods you want to eat with each meal. You'll receive a simple, easy to follow PDF file that you can download and print.
