MM3 is about growth, new thinking, and permanent change. For me permanent change required a renewal of my thoughts and attitudes – a renewing of my mind. It was no longer about "trying really hard" to avoid certain foods for a specific amount of time, or "will-powering" my way through workouts hoping to achieve a new personal record (PR). What we tell ourselves (beliefts) affects what we see, what we see affects how we feel, how we feel determines the way we behave. So, if we want to change the way we behave (and see and feel), we have to start by changing our beliefs.


Mindfulness is a simple concept. Its power lies in  its practice and applications. It means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally. Life unfolds in moments. If we are not present we not only miss what is most valuable in our lives but also fail to realize the richness and depth of our possibilities for growth and transformation. MM3 Mindset is a practical way to be more in touch with the fullness of your being through a systematic process of self-observation, self-inquiry, and mindful action.

The only requirement is honesty, open-mindedness, and willingness (HOW) - willingness to look deeply at one's present moments, no matter what they hold, in a spirit of generosity, kindness towards oneself, and openness toward what might be possible.

  • Experience mental breakthroughs and emotional epiphanies

  • Gain a deeper understanding of who you are and learn to listen to your own voice, to your own heart.

  • Experience increased wakefulness, clarity, and present-moment awareness.

  • Deepen your attention and awareness, refine them, and put them to greater practical use in your everyday life.

  • Learn to be present without having to "go" anywhere or make anything better or different.

  • Realize the richness and depth of your possibilities for growth and transformation

  • Get out of the constant robot-like automatic pilot way of seeing and thinking and doing.

  • Get yourself unstuck and back in touch with your creativity, inteligence, imagination, clarity, determination choice, inner wisdom, and vitality.

  • Take charge of the direction and quality of your life and your relationships

  • See more clearly, and come to understand more deeply, areas in your life that you were out of touch with or unwilling to look at.

  • Come to appreciate feelings such as joy, peacefulness, and happiness which often go by fleetingly and unacknowledged.
