[WHAT TO EXPECT]

1) INITIAL HEALTH EVALUATION​ - We'll send you a basic online form to gather some information and find out more about you: your overall health, general and medical history, occupation, lifestlye, general eating habits... and, of course, your goals and expectations.

2) INTRODUCTION

We'll introduce you to the Moxie Methodology and functional movements.

 

3) SAMPLE WORKOUT

Private 1-on-1 training session based on a typical class structure. This will just be a "mini" workout to give you a taste of what we do here at Moxie. It will also allow your coach to assess your general fitness level to be able to recommend the appropriate program(s) for you.​ Be sure to wear athletic footwear and workout gear. Every exercise and every workout can be scaled or modified based on each person's level of fitness making it appropriate for all fitness levels.

4) CONSULTATION

After your workout, we'll just have a conversation designed to uncover your vision for your health, your body, your nutrition, etc. as well as what's stopping you or slowing you down from achieving your desired outcome now.  We will discuss where you are and where you want to be and devise a plan to get you there as soon as possible.

 

5) SIGN UP!

Provided we have a good fit both ways, I'll ask you to make a decision about commiting to your goals and one of our programs.
