With a client-to-coach ratio of 5:1, our Semi-Private Small Group Training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer plus the community, camaraderie, support, accountability, and fun of sport or team training.
Every Semi-Private Small Group Class is coach led by Moxie owner, Tracey Mahaney. Tracey is engaged throughout the entire class to monitor your form and ensure you're moving safely, while pushing yourself through the workout.
