Moxie Live 1-on-1 Personal Fitness Training and 1-on-1 Online Individualized Coaching Programs are for anyone who is looking for personalized, expert guidance and support but doesn't have access to, can't afford, or just doesn't enjoy going to a regular gym. And the best part? Every workout can be done in the comfort of your home (via Zoom). Minimal space and equipment are required.

What makes our programs different?

  • Designed to progress exercise participants safely and logically, providing a strong foundation (literally) before introducing strength or power moves. Too often, trainers and clients skip the stabilization phase, opting for more exciting and dynamic movements which typically results in frustration, burnout and/or injury.

  • Focus on the mind as much as the body.

  • Built on a foundation of principles that progressively and systematically allows any client to achieve optimal levels of physiologic, physical, and performance adaptations.

  • An integrated approach used to create safe programs that consider the functional capacity for each individual person.
  • Incorporates all forms of training in an integrated fashion as part of a progressive system. These forms of training include a mix of flexibility training, mindfulness practice, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), core training, balance training, plyometric training, and resistance training. 
  • Designed to correct muscle imbalances, increase flexibility, and improve core and joint stability to improve the ability of the human body to produce proper movement and avoid injury. ​

  • We’ll use the information that we gather from your Comprehensive Fitness Assessment to come up with a smart, strategic and targeted action plan that suits YOUR goals, fitness level, and ability to execute.

  • We'll break down your big, year-long goals into monthly goals, your monthly goals into weekly goals, and your weekly goals into daily actions.

OPTION 1: ONLINE 1-on-1 Individualized Fitness Coaching Programs**

INCLUDES...

  • Customized (Online) Fitness Program - An individualized, progressive, systematic program based on your specific goals, needs, and abilities. We'll deliver the same individualized program via Google Classroom that you would recieve with In-Person / Virtual (Zoom) Training, only you'll be able to do the workouts at your convenience without being locked into someone else's schedule.

  • Exclusive Access - Once you sign up you will be invited to join Moxie Fitness & Nutrition Coaching in Google Classroom where you will find your individualized program PLUS access to an extensive Movement Video Library.

    • Your Workout of the Day will be posted at 8pm the night before and will include:

      • General/Specific Warm up

      • Strength & Conditioning Workout

    • Your Workout of the Day may also include one of the following optional workouts, depending on your specific goals:

      • Power Workout 

      • Cardio Endurance Workout 

      • Accessory Workouts 

  • Feedback from Tracey in response to your proactive updates - required of each coaching client at least 2x/week to say on track.

  • Unlimited contact with Tracey (via email) for questions and support (24-hour turnaround).

  • Weekly Accountability Check-ins (via email) - Tracey will monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your customized program.

OPTION 2: LIVE (via Zoom) Virtual 1-on-1 Personal Fitness Training

INCLUDES...

  • Customized Fitness Training Program - An individualized, progressive, systematic program based on your specific goals, needs, and abilities.

  • Live, interactive (via zoom) 1-on-1 Training Sessions - For best results, it is recommended that all clients begin with our Gold Plan (12 sessions / month) for at least the first 12 weeks.

    • Each live, interactive 1-on-1 Personal Fitness Training session (via Zoom) is approximately 50-60 minutes and includes stretching/mobility, warm-up, full-body workout, and cool-down.

  • "Phase 1" Nutrition Program - Includes some initial habit-based Nutrition Coaching with bonus tools to get you started. For best results, we recommend combining 1-on-1 Personal Fitness Training with our MM3 Total Transfomation 90-Day Intensive

  • Unlimited contact with Tracey (via email) for questions and support (24-hour turnaround).

  • Weekly Accountability Check-ins - Tracey will monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your customized program.

  • Convenience - Workout wherever you want. We'll decide on a consistent weekly schedule that works for you!

    • General and Medical History

    • Occupation, Lifestyle, Medical, and Personal Information

    • Monthly cardiovascular assessments

    • Static and dynamic postural assessments

    • Monthly fitness/performance assessments

    • Bi-monthlyprogress assessments
