Throughout our 1:1 Coaching Programs, you’ll get a simple, step-by-step plan for developing nutrition, fitness, and mindset habits that will lead the way in reaching your goal.

Your coach is available 5 days a week to answer questions and help you navigate situations — like eating while you’re on vacation, exercise substitutions so you don’t aggravate your knee pain, or planning a workout with limited equipment options — so you always have support when you need it. And together, you'll find the best path toward long-term results in a way that works for you.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Improve your nutrition without giving up the foods you love

  • Exercise safely and effectively so you’re getting maximum results from your workouts without burning yourself out

  • Increase your confidence, love the way your body looks, feels, and performs — and enjoy your life more than you ever thought possible

WHAT YOU'LL GET​​

Choose from plans structured by Coach Tracey, each tailored to achieve your specific needs and backed by science. Whether you opt for a "Deep Health" Plan (Nutrition, Lifestyle, etc.), a Training Plan, or a combination of both, you'll receive 1:1 expert guidance from your coach with very little left to chance.

 

FITNESS COACHING

Focused solely on weight training with a plan designed to fit your fitness level and goals.

  • Full access to easy-to-use platform

  • Guided Weekly Check-ins - Weekly check-ins to answer any questions, provide support, and update the plan as needed to guarantee results.

  • Training - Assigned workouts and the ability to track training progress

  • Log Activities - Client has ability to add extra workouts or unassigned activities

  • Tasks - Scheduled to-dos and educational material

  • Messages - Message your Coach directly through the platform

  • Progress Photos - Visualize improvement with before and after photos

  • Body Metrics - Track your progress using various body metrics

  • Habit Coaching - Track sleep, steps, water intake and more to establish a healthy, active lifestyle

  • Bi-Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions (via phone/zoom) available for an additional fee

DEEP HEALTH COACHING (NUTRITION, LIFESTYLE, ETC.)

Your Coach will monitor your food intake, keep you accountable and motivated, and easily provide feedback. (Custom macros are optional)

  • Full access to easy-to-use platform

  • Guided Weekly Check-ins - Weekly check-ins to answer any questions, provide support, and update the plan as needed to guarantee results.

  • Log Activities - Client has ability to add extra workouts or unassigned activities

  • Tasks - Scheduled to-dos and educational material

  • Food Journal - Snap a photo of your meal and upload it directly to the app. 

  • Custom Macros (optional) - .Your coach will help you dial in your macros, whether you aim to lose fat or gain muscle. Full meal plans/recipes will not be provided but you will receive guidance on the proper amount of protein, carbs, and fats to consume daily!

  • Messages - Message your Coach directly through the platform

  • Progress Photos - Visualize improvement with before and after photos

  • Body Metrics - Track your progress using various body metrics

  • Habit Coaching - Track sleep, steps, water intake and more to establish a healthy, active lifestyle

  • Task Accountability - Helps client complete any assignment using built-in motivation and reminders

  • Bi-Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions (via phone/zoom) available for an additional fee

FITNESS + DEEP HEALTH COACHING

Get the best of both worlds with a plan that integrates nutrition, training, and lifestyle for comprehensive progress.

  • Full access to easy-to-use platform

  • Guided Weekly Check-ins - Weekly check-ins to answer any questions, provide support, and update the plan as needed to guarantee results.

  • Training - Assigned workouts and the ability to track training progress

  • Log Activities - Client has ability to add extra workouts or unassigned activities

  • Tasks - Scheduled to-dos and educational material

  • Food Journal - Snap a photo of your meal and upload it directly to the app. For Coach to monitor client food intake, keep them accountable and motivated, and easily provide feedback

  • Custom Macros (optional) - Track client nutrition using macros and daily calories

  • Messages - Message your Coach directly through the platform

  • Progress Photos - Visualize improvement with before and after photos

  • Body Metrics - Track your progress using various body metrics

  • Habit Coaching - Track sleep, steps, water intake and more to establish a healthy, active lifestyle

  • Task Accountability - Helps client complete any assignment using built-in motivation and reminders

  • Bi-Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions (via phone/zoom) available for an additional fee

 

With all plans, you are expected to proactively check in with your coach twice a week with updates and questions. It's important to note that the coach will respond to your updates rather than initiate contact on their end. Your coach will monitor your weekly progress through the platform and these check-ins and make any necessary adjustments for you based on your feedback.

You'll have unlimited email access to your coach, ensuring you get timely responses to your queries: within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends (May vary based on the coach's schedule). Your feedback and questions are necessary for your coach to make the most informed decisions on your behalf for your plan so do not be shy about contacting them for help!
